work with our company all of the terms of the rental agreement will be decided by you, the owner! We
will provide a complete application for residency, run a credit and background check, and even check
the tenant's employment and past rental history.
Whether you decide on 1st and security or
1st,last, and security we will collect and disburse the monies collected minus our fee along with
all of the information gathered for your approval. It's totally up to you, you're the owner. The
only fee involved would be the first months rent.
We will market your home on numerous web sites, magazines, signs, flyers, ads, and more..

How long has your property been empty?
How much is your mortgage?
How much have you spent in
advertising?
How much advertising have you done?
It will definitely be more cost efficient, if you
